Kevin Sample
Kevin Sample joins Opus with a distinguished career of over thirty years of private equity experience. During his career, Sample has completed over $1 billion in private equity transactions including merchant banking, mergers and acquisitions, Fortune 100 company carve-outs, private placement transactions, and initial public offerings.
Mr. Sample is one of the original founders and Managing Partner at Opus Capital Partners, LLC Prior to co-founding OCP Mr. Sample was a Managing Director of Erasmus Advisors Co-Investment Fund. Prior to Erasmus Advisors, Mr. Sample worked as a Senior Vice President at Walton Johnson & Company, a regional investment banking firm, where he managed the firm’s fixed income and equity sales and trading department. Mr. Sample received a B.A. from Morehouse College.

Geoff Green
As an executive, entrepreneur, investor, and advisor, Geoff Green has dedicated over 25 years to creating and building successful brands, businesses, and services with a customer-centric focus. Prior to Opus, Green was CEO and co-founder of a leading-edge wireless technology solutions provider.
Prior to joining OCP, was CEO and co-founder of Netvious networks, a leading-edge mobility solutions provider. Geoff works closely with the leaders of the OCP portfolio companies in developing and executing on operational and growth strategies. Geoff’s corporate career highlights roles with Fortune 100 firms such as American Express, GE capital, and Citigroup, and AIG. Geoff received a BA in Economics and Chinese history from the university of California; and an MBA from the University of Michigan where he was an Exxon fellow.

Stephen Reed
Stephen specializes in middle market finance, mergers & acquisitions, and value creation. As a commercial lender he supported transactions throughout the M&A lifecycle with different capital structures including senior debt, mezzanine finance, unitranche finance, and direct lending.

Ken Lewis
Ken Lewis is a seasoned attorney with nearly three decades of experience as a corporate and securities attorney and is a partner in Nexsen Pruet. Lewis represents clients across a variety of industries in matters related to the merger, acquisition, and sale of a business and the formation of strategic alliances.

Karen Green
Karen Green is an accomplished attorney with over 30 years’ experience as a legal, entertainment, and business executive for large globally known brands in motion pictures, television, music, commercial products, publishing, interactive games, animation and digital media.
