Karen Green is an accomplished attorney with over 30 years’ experience as a legal, entertainment, and business executive for large globally known brands in motion pictures, television, music, commercial products, publishing, interactive games, animation and digital media. She has comprehensive experience in the business and legal issues arising as technology reshapes the creation, production and marketing of intellectual property for leading entertainment and Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurial creators and digital media start-ups.

Karen’s busines experience includes executive roles in legal and business affairs at leading organizations such as Mattel, Spelling Entertainment and Imagine Films. In addition Karen has significant experience as both an attorney and advisor for start-up companies. Ms. Green earned her undergraduate degree from Yale University where she graduated Cum Laude and her law degree from Stanford University.
